Meet the Founder
Saurab Gupta is a product-first entrepreneur with 12+ years of experience across Learning & Development, EdTech, coaching, and digital transformation. He has built, scaled, and exited ventures across India and Australia, developing a strong perspective on creating products that meaningfully serve people and organizations.
An engineer with an MBA in HR and a postgraduate specialization in Learning & Organization Development, Saurab has worked with organizations such as Tata Motors, Ghari Detergent, and BNP Paribas.
Co-founded with his wife, Vineeta, Enablerz reflects a defining chapter in his journey. As Founder & CEO, Saurab leads the platform across product, strategy, and growth—focused on building a scalable, authentic coaching ecosystem.
How Enablerz Was Born
A journey of resilience, support, and clarity.
The Sudden Shift
Covid was difficult for everyone — and for our family too. We had just invested our entire life savings into a new home. We had three-year-old twin children.
The Breaking Point
Suddenly, both my wife and I lost our jobs. There was no safety net. Only uncertainty, pressure, and deep mental stress.
The Realization
In search of clarity, I turned to coaching — and realization hit: Coaching was not affordable, not accessible, and often, not authentic.
Shared Resilience
This journey wasn't mine alone. My wife and I supported each other through uncertainty, fear, and hope. Without her belief and strength, Enablerz wouldn't exist.

What started as a search for clarity became the foundation of Enablerz — built to ensure no one has to face growth or struggle without access to real support.
